What you'll do

• Supervise warehouse personnel
• maintain a visible floor presence and reinforce safety, productivity, accuracy, and conduct expectations
• assign daily work and balance labor
• learn picking, packing, quality control, waving, replenishment, and shipping functions
• assist with timecard review
• support staffing and labor efficiency
• coach employees and document performance issues
• enforce policies and safety standards
• ensure accurate warehouse management system transactions
• address order accuracy and inventory discrepancies
• support counts and audits
• train and develop leads and associates
• collaborate on continuous improvement
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• coordinate with customer service on special order needs.
