What you'll do

• Lead and develop four Delivery Managers
• maintain the prioritization tracker
• run weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs
• establish delivery standards, frameworks, and tools
• align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/Compliance
• remove blockers and resolve trade-offs
• conduct retrospectives that inform future delivery.
