What you'll do

• Co-lead day-to-day shift operations, provide 1:1 supervision, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with DESC policies.
• Provide clinical and psychosocial assessments in the field and mental health evaluations to determine alternatives to involuntary treatment.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral science.

Experience

1+ years of experience in community-based behavioral health services.
