What you'll do

• Process and record gifts, pledges, payments, matching gifts, in-kind contributions, and other transactions in Salesforce
• verify source documentation
• prepare daily gift reports
• reconcile Salesforce activity with payment platforms, bank and accounting records
• maintain documentation and audit trails
• maintain donor and constituent records
• audit data quality
• develop reports and dashboards
• segment donor data
• document CRM procedures and train staff
• coordinate acknowledgments and donor communications
• support donor town halls and stewardship activities
• provide administrative support for mission engagement and fundraising events.
