What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas
• set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery and equipment safely
• clean and sanitize food-service ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas
• scrape and spray ware, rack china and glassware, and ensure items are clean and sanitary
• take out trash, sweep and keep floors dry, follow food-handling and safety procedures, report equipment failures and hazards, and complete assigned opening, running, closing, and checkout duties.
