Quality Systems Team Lead

The Quality Systems Team Lead role is onsite in Reno, NV. Compensation is $38.41 per hour. The role supports the Reno manufacturing facility's Quality and Food Safety requirements and works with the Reno Food Safety Manager. The lead oversees quality systems, documentation, verification checks, and compliance activities to maintain effective food safety and quality programs. The role contributes to regulatory readiness, continuous improvement, and consistent product and process standards at the facility.

What you'll do

• Oversee the Quality Systems Coordinator and Quality Technicians
• manage Acidified Foods and PCQI verification checks
• lead document control and review cycles
• maintain quality and food safety documentation and standards
• train stakeholders
• coordinate mock recalls and traceability exercises
• support third-party audits
• manage non-conforming products and raw materials, environmental monitoring, and quality metrics
• assist with customer complaint investigations
• support Kosher and Organic program maintenance.
