What you'll do
- Assess and coordinate patient and family needs during after-hours shifts
- maintain primary clinical oversight for assigned patients
- conduct routine visits, admissions, death visits, and urgent after-hours calls
- serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG)
- perform clinical administrative tasks, workflow auditing, and support survey readiness.
