The Men’s Formalwear Sales Associate is an onsite role in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $14–$18 per hour. The associate guides customers through formalwear selection, fitting, rental, and purchase. The role supports store sales and customer-service goals by providing product guidance, maintaining accurate orders, and helping customers complete rentals and purchases on time.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with tuxedos, suits, shirts, shoes, and accessories
• take measurements and advise on fit and styling
• enter and maintain rental and sales orders
• explain packages, pricing, policies, and returns
• assist with fittings, pickups, returns, and exchanges
• follow up on orders
• maintain the showroom
• assist with inventory and merchandising.
