Activities Assistant / Driver

The Activities Assistant / Driver role is onsite in Lynnwood, WA, paying $21–$25 per hour, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Quail Park of Lynnwood is a senior living community; its Life Engagement team plans activities to support residents’ social, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. The assistant helps plan and carry out resident activities, events, and outings, while supporting resident engagement and safe participation. The role also helps maintain social history profiles and models communication and behavior-management strategies for the community team.

What you'll do

• Assist with scheduled resident activities
• help plan, coordinate, and participate in social events, outings, and on-site activities
• assist with concierge tasks
• model communication and behavior-management strategies
• ensure activities and outings follow schedules
• help recruit, train, and schedule volunteers
• and support safe and effective resident care and activities.

Why this role
