What you'll do

• Collect and analyze resident data and develop, monitor, and revise individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• provide and supervise nursing care, including medication administration, lab draws, and nursing procedures
• supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• delegate tasks and evaluate performance
• maintain resident records and communicate care needs
• support medication compliance, quality assurance, audits, continuing education, and regulatory compliance.
