What you'll do

• Oversee phlebotomists across locations
• manage daily scheduling, call-outs, and time-off requests
• manage payroll issues and review hours and expenses
• maintain regulatory documentation, audits, and corrective actions
• participate in quality programs
• screen, interview, and hire staff
• provide orientation, training, and competency assessments
• conduct three to four daily site visits
• coordinate services with sales and client services
• perform phlebotomy duties and related documentation and specimen processing.
