What you'll do

• Prepare and review plan/spec and conceptual estimates

• coordinate with field leadership to meet schedules and design criteria
• manage preconstruction plans, estimates, procurement, subcontractor selection, subcontracts, submittals, and schedules
• forecast profitability
• monitor field and subcontractor progress
• support safety reviews
• coordinate correspondence
• pursue future project opportunities
• manage project schedules, coordination meetings, and closeout, including equipment startups, quality assurance, commissioning, and warranty.
