What you'll do

• Service maintenance accounts
• complete punch lists and service requests
• conduct site walks and follow up with clients and management
• direct Crew Supervisors, staff, and Irrigation Technicians
• train and coach staff
• submit payroll, invoices, proposals for minor items, and other paperwork on time
• keep accounts and staff safe, productive, and aligned with goals.
