What you'll do

• Oversee regional Environment of Care and Life Safety programs
• travel routinely to assigned hospitals for rounds, inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews
• monitor buildings, grounds, equipment, utilities, and facility systems
• support maintenance and other assigned support departments
• ensure preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, drills, and documentation are completed
• identify deficiencies and monitor corrective actions
• support regulatory surveys and survey readiness
• standardize processes and documentation
• train and coach facility teams
• track compliance measures and risks
• support facility improvement projects and vendor coordination as needed.
