The Sales Associate role is onsite in Moneta, VA. Pay is $14.00–$16.50 per hour. Moneta Ace Hardware Farm & Home Center serves customers through its hardware and farm-and-home retail store. The associate supports store sales and operations by helping customers find products, maintaining merchandise presentation, and assisting with receiving, stocking, pricing, and point-of-sale transactions. What you'll do

• Assist customers with product questions and problem-solving
• greet customers and provide customized service
• answer pages and calls
• refer unresolved complaints to management
• receive, check in, stock, and maintain back stock
• keep sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise areas orderly and clean
• assist with merchandise resets, price changes, special orders, and signage
• operate a forklift with proper training
• communicate store support issues and merchandising or sales ideas to the general manager
• participate in store meetings
• process transactions using the POS system.
