What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and responsive maintenance and repairs
• inspect buildings, equipment, and systems
• complete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs
• maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility systems
• repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• conduct safety inspections
• maintain records
• follow facility safety policies and regulations
• coordinate with contractors and service providers
• assist with emergency maintenance situations.
