The role supports the Finance staff with day-to-day transactions, budgeting, and reporting. Accurate accounting, payroll, contract reporting, and financial compliance help the organization manage funding and support its programs.

What you'll do

• Support government-contract budgets, financial reporting, vouchers, and expense justifications
• assist with monthly close and financial statements
• process biweekly payroll
• record accounts receivable and banking transactions
• assist with accounts payable and payments
• support financial analysis and GAAP compliance
• maintain knowledge of relevant accounting policies.
