What you'll do

• Respond to dispatched AAA roadside calls and contact members before arrival
• provide towing, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and qualified battery services
• operate flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks
• secure and transport vehicles
• perform inspections and document existing damage
• follow safety requirements and use PPE and traffic control
• inspect and maintain assigned equipment
• complete electronic call records, payment records, signatures, and paperwork.
