What you'll do

• Lead creative direction and execution of custom wallcoverings, murals, and large-format digital artwork
• translate client concepts and briefs into production-ready designs
• manage and mentor designers and project managers
• establish creative standards and studio workflows
• oversee file preparation, scaling, color accuracy, layouts, repeats, and panel continuity
• collaborate with designers, distribution partners, customers, and production teams
• manage multiple projects and deadlines
• explore design technologies, printing techniques, and materials.
