What you'll do

• Greet guests and make beverage suggestions
• take beverage orders
• prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard recipes
• enter orders into the Micros system
• accept payments and process card charges
• wash and sterilize glassware
• prepare garnishes and replenish snacks
• maintain bar cleanliness and supplies
• serve food orders to bar guests
• report equipment issues
• assist with restaurant operations as directed.
