Field Service Engineer — Iowa Territory

What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and sorting at customer locations
• diagnose hydraulic system and component issues
• repair or replace components when feasible and customer-approved
• manage customer quality and warranty concerns
• initiate and document RMAs
• support root-cause analysis using 8D and other required methods
• communicate customer quality requirements
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Manufacturing
• identify claim trends and support product improvements.
