What you'll do

• Oversee daily medical business office operations and administrative departments
• supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff
• coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll, personnel records, and HR functions
• manage employee relations and HR compliance
• improve policies and workflows
• ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and company-policy compliance
• prepare operational reports and metrics
• oversee charge capture, claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, and collections
• monitor aging and reimbursement trends
• collaborate with providers, coders, billing staff, and vendors
• prepare revenue-cycle and financial reports.
