What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate craft personnel according to project labor needs
• direct, support, and mentor subordinate supervisors. Serve as a senior technical advisor and assist with difficult construction or startup problems. Support safety policies and investigations, develop and monitor quality-control programs, resolve work procedure and project issues, and participate in project development, scheduling, and implementation. Requisition materials, review labor and cost tracking reports, and provide technical expertise to home-office departments.
