What you'll do

• regulate cooking temperatures
• check ingredient freshness and rotate stock
• follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen procedures
• prepare, cook, plate, box, and serve food
• assist with food preparation and other cooks during rush periods
• close kitchen stations
• coordinate with coworkers to meet guest needs.
