What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day site operations and the associate and management team
• support customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• execute sales strategies
• review income statements and reports
• manage task assignments, schedules, paperwork, cash, lottery, shrink, spoilage, and waste processes
• build community relationships
• monitor local competition
• ensure operational audits and standards are met.
