Assistant Business Manager, Property Management

The Assistant Business Manager, Property Management role is onsite at Haven Apartments in Port Orchard, WA. The stated pay is $24–$28 per hour, plus a monthly bonus. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tarragon Property Services manages properties it owns. Working closely with the Business Manager, the assistant learns administrative and financial property-management duties and manages the property when the manager is absent. The role supports resident services, leasing, financial processing, property upkeep, and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Supervise staff and manage the property when the Business Manager is absent
• inspect common areas, units, and grounds
• collect and post rent and fees
• make deposits
• process invoices
• follow up on delinquent rent and receivables
• maintain resident records and reports
• assist with leases, marketing, leasing, renewals, and resident concerns
• ensure renters insurance compliance.
