What you'll do

• Lead mechanical trade estimating and preconstruction
• develop estimates across design phases, including Division 15 scopes
• assemble budgets, bids, and GMPs
• coordinate mechanical scopes with other divisions and identify gaps or conflicts
• lead constructability reviews
• develop systems analyses and value-engineering recommendations
• manage trade partner and supplier coverage
• research historical estimating data
• participate in design and client meetings
• build partner relationships
• coach developing team members.
