What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate members’ care
• ensure regulatory and nursing compliance
• conduct client assessments and transitions
• obtain and renew physician orders
• develop and update care plans
• report significant condition changes
• develop service reporting systems
• train, instruct, supervise, delegate to, and evaluate staff
• document consultations and nursing care
• promote client independence and education
• participate in employee health screenings and TB administration
• and complete required personal care documentation.
