Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs and manage expectations
• apply PMO change management
• maintain internal and external relationships
• manage projects from inception to completion
• report on and address margin issues
• facilitate technical communication about cabling, IT installation, revisions, scope, and schedules
• define project approach and schedules
• create budgets and oversee service calls and equipment orders
• facilitate project meetings
• ensure invoicing deadlines are met
• maintain schedules, budgets, change orders, and status reports
• identify risks and implement solutions with the construction team.

Why this role

Requires 7+ years of construction project management experience and a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, IT, or engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Procore experience is a plus.
