Store Counter Sales Representative is an onsite role in Detroit Lakes, MN. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The representative supports Auto Value’s retail and commercial customers with automotive parts, tools, paint, and accessories. The role helps customers identify appropriate parts and products, processes sales accurately, and supports store inventory and deliveries. Product guidance and responsive service help customers complete automotive repair and maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Serve retail and commercial customers
• assist with parts lookup, paint mixing, returns, and non-application parts
• offer product advice and suggest add-on products
• respond to phone inquiries supporting commercial deliveries and in-store sales
• process transactions according to store policies
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe store
• support inventory tasks, freight check-in, labeling, and deliveries.
