Maintenance Supervisor — Third Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor — Third Shift role is onsite in Tallassee, AL. Pay is $85,000–$120,000 per year. The supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and leads planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance work during third shift to support reliable production operations. The supervisor coordinates maintenance personnel, materials, and resources, provides technical guidance, and removes obstacles to work execution. The role also develops team skills and drives safe, effective maintenance and continuous improvement on the production floor.

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental requirements
• ensure work orders and approvals are complete
• participate in operations and maintenance shift handovers
• represent maintenance in production meetings
• review job packages and assign work
• partner with planners and schedulers on backlog and priorities
• spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor
• direct and monitor work for safety, quality, time, cost, and thoroughness
• provide technical guidance
• communicate with production
• manage crew payroll, overtime, attendance, and conduct
• document maintenance data in SAP
• maintain housekeeping and safe work practices
• lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• conduct safety meetings, training, and development feedback.
