The Dually Licensed Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Clinician role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, and pays $40–$45 per hour. It is a part-time outpatient position of up to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, supporting Addiction Health Center’s co-occurring treatment team. The clinician provides group and individual services to help clients address mental health and substance use needs as part of integrated recovery care. The role includes facilitating therapeutic groups, maintaining an individual caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and completing documentation in accordance with Minnesota requirements.

What you'll do

• Facilitate three hours of mental health-focused therapeutic groups weekly
• lead 10–16 hours of substance use disorder treatment groups weekly focused on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery
• provide assessments, treatment planning, and individual psychotherapy
• participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings and provide mental health consultation
• complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Minnesota requirements.

Why this role

Requires an active Minnesota LADC license and an active Minnesota mental health professional license as an LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or LP, plus experience providing individual therapy and facilitating groups. Outpatient or IOP experience, familiarity with Minnesota Chapter 245G, and Procentive or similar EHR experience are preferred.
