What you'll do

• Assist individuals with budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene
• support participation in activities at home and in the community
• implement and document program plans as directed by the Residential or Community Living Manager
• provide personal care, daily living, job coaching, skill development, advocacy, and communication assistance as needed.
