What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, dietary requirements, and resident preferences
• serve meals on time and maintain quality, portion control, and presentation
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary kitchen and properly store and handle supplies
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff
• assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
• help track inventory and report shortages or order needs
• follow health, safety, food-handling, and sanitation regulations.
