What you'll do

• Assist the preconstruction team with sourcing vendor, subcontractor, and material quotes
• enter and format data and maintain the purchasing vendor database
• organize bids, files, and documents
• contact contractors about bids and contracts
• help qualify subcontractors
• assist with day-to-day project operations
• support cost containment, risk management, and site safety
• maintain project documentation
• help monitor schedules and expedite subcontractors and suppliers
• supervise onsite activities in conjunction with the project superintendent and, if applicable, project engineer
• explore other departments as a learning opportunity.
