Groundskeeper/Porter

The Groundskeeper/Porter role is onsite in Federal Way, WA, with compensation of $26–$28 per hour. The position helps Allied Residential maintain clean, safe, and welcoming residential communities. The role maintains grounds, parking areas, common facilities, and property appearance so residents, guests, and team members have a well-kept environment. It may also be cross-trained to support housekeeping and maintenance functions and help complete work orders.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• clean carpets, furniture, windows, walls, and other surfaces
• empty trash and replenish bathroom supplies
• replace light bulbs and perform minor upkeep as assigned
• maintain exterior areas by cutting grass, trimming shrubs, removing debris, and shoveling snow
• transport small equipment or tools
• support housekeeping or maintenance staff as needed.
