Assistant Swim Team Coach

What you'll do

• Conduct practices and guide swimmers’ skill mastery and communication
• incorporate YMCA values into programming
• support safe, fun, and educational practices and fair meet experiences
• stay current on competitive swimming practices
• assist with performance data
• build relationships with members
• follow YMCA policies
• attend assigned practices
• complete incident and accident reports as needed
• support equity and diversity efforts.
