Account Manager II, Risk Management

The Account Manager II, Risk Management role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with an anticipated Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule; after the first 90 days, the stated arrangement is Tuesday–Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year, with an opportunity for an additional performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual salary. The account manager oversees a portfolio of generalist and real estate accounts, supporting renewals, marketing, client service, and delivery of the firm’s commitments while maintaining strong client and carrier relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage client accounts and service deadlines
• serve as a subject matter expert for niche or industry specialization
• maintain client and carrier relationships
• manage projects
• prepare client meeting materials and present analysis
• support new and renewal business marketing and placement
• mentor account staff
• coordinate internal resources
• maintain policy, renewal, and payment records
• travel to clients or carriers as needed.
