M&A Revenue Accounting Integration Manager

This position supports the Corporate Development and Finance teams in managing financial due diligence and post-acquisition integrations. This role is responsible for leading the accounting and finance workstreams for strategic acquisitions. The manager will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, oversee purchase price allocations, and drive cross-functional integration planning to support the company's growth objectives.

• Lead financial due diligence
• manage business combination accounting under ASC 805
• assess revenue recognition compliance
• lead integration activities across R2R, Q2C, and P2P workstreams
• develop scalable M&A accounting processes.
