What you'll do

• Remove molded plastic parts from injection molding machines
• trim gates and flash
• clean and inspect parts visually and mechanically
• perform additional operations as needed, including assembly, machining, sanding, sonic welding, or hot stamping
• pack and stack parts
• grind runners and rejected parts
• sort runners from parts on automatic presses
• record rejects
• and enter production and scrap data.
