What you'll do

• Interview potential clients by phone and screen for eligibility
• enter information into the case management system
• provide referrals and schedule appointments
• support attorneys and advocates with case pleadings, correspondence, forms, and client contact
• perform reception and general secretarial duties
• maintain compliance records, reports, forms, supplies, and cash-receipt logs
• and assist with assigned private attorney involvement activities.
