What you'll do

• Manage client communications, meetings, and check-ins
• act as liaison between clients and internal teams
• monitor client sentiment and identify risks
• own concerns and escalations through resolution
• coordinate cross-functional responses
• develop corrective action plans and root cause analyses
• train clients on portals and support portal questions
• track meeting actions and operational reporting
• analyze volume, turnaround, quality, SLA compliance, and reopened-case trends
• manage onboarding logistics and client profiles
• communicate regulatory and client-process changes
• conduct client lifecycle reviews.
