Human Resources Specialist, Contractor Onboarding

What you'll do

• Gather onboarding details from managers and suppliers
• engage Legal on agreements and coordinate Procurement purchase-order approvals
• initiate and manage background checks
• prepare and track forms and approvals
• submit new-hire alerts in ServiceNow
• serve as a contractor point of contact
• maintain onboarding records and progress reports
• process contingent-worker transactions and audit contractor records in Workday
• support Beeline operations, compliance checks, data accuracy, reporting, and related contingent workforce projects.
