What you'll do

• Complete and post staff schedules
• manage and evaluate approximately 4 to 12 staff
• communicate food preparation changes and standards
• support local and national marketing initiatives
• maintain health, food safety, security, and company safety standards
• identify and contact prospective customers
• operate in any restaurant area as needed
• use a computerized point-of-sale system.
