Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Clean work tables, refrigerators, freezers, and other areas
• sweep and mop floors
• carry soiled utensils to the wash area and return clean utensils to storage
• wash dishes and utensils
• remove garbage and keep work areas clean, dry, and free of hazards
• set up meals for waitstaff
• assist cooks with meal preparation
• distribute and collect menus
• prepare and deliver snacks
• maintain clean, orderly food-storage areas
• dispose of food and waste according to established policies
• assist with food preparation for special meals.
