What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor entry points and verify credentials as directed
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
