• coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery
• check model and equipment availability
• assist dealership visitors
• meet vehicle sales goals
• explain product benefits and options
• introduce customers to service staff
• follow up after delivery
• maintain buyer follow-up records
• promote inventory
• make prospect calls and appointments
• post vehicles on social media or websites
• complete required brand certifications and sales documentation.
