Purchasing Clerk

What you'll do

• Review reports and analyze demand for just-in-time purchasing
• place orders based on vendor lead times and customer delivery dates
• create purchase orders, communicate with vendors, maintain purchase records, and follow up on open orders
• coordinate delivery dates and receiving needs
• communicate supply-chain issues and participate in solutions
• work with scheduling, logistics, plant receiving, and accounts payable
• provide team coverage as needed.
