Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is based in McAllen, TX, with regular project-site presence and work across project and office environments. Compensation is not specified. The project manager leads assigned projects and is accountable for safe, timely, financially sound, and high-quality delivery. The role coordinates owners, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership while managing budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, documentation, and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion and warranty transition
• develop execution, communication, and procurement plans
• manage contracts, buyout, budgets, forecasts, billings, change management, procurement, RFIs, submittals, schedules, risks, and closeout
• coordinate with the Superintendent and project partners
• maintain Procore as the project system of record
• mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
• represent Merit in client and project meetings.
