The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Henrico, VA, with compensation of $40–$45 per hour. Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 190-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, high-quality resident care. The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and implements individualized care plans. The role supports resident health, dignity, and well-being through medication administration, accurate documentation, safety practices, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• administer medications and treatments
• assess residents and report changes
• maintain accurate documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control, safety, and nursing regulations.
